Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply to services purchased from Creator Cleanup, operated by Arthur Brunson. By purchasing a service, you agree to the scope, pricing, refund, and cancellation terms below.

Services

Creator Cleanup provides focused website and customer-path improvement services for creators, coaches, consultants, and solo businesses.

Scope and Delivery

The specific deliverable and any needed materials or access are confirmed before work begins. The 48-hour turnaround for a cleanup sprint begins after payment and receipt of the information needed to complete the agreed deliverable. Delivery is generally provided by email as paste-ready copy, recommendations, or a linked document unless another delivery method is agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment is collected through an approved payment method, including Stripe when offered. Prices and billing frequency are shown before purchase. A monthly subscription renews automatically at the disclosed monthly price until canceled.

Refund Policy for the $100 Sprint

A full refund is available if you cancel before work begins. After work begins, the sprint fee is non-refundable unless Creator Cleanup does not provide the agreed deliverable.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

The Monthly Revenue Path Tune-Up is month to month. You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and service remains available through that period.

Payments for a monthly renewal are not prorated or refunded after the renewal has been charged, except where required by applicable law or where Creator Cleanup does not provide the agreed service for that paid period.

Revisions and Additional Work

Each purchased deliverable includes one revision pass within the agreed scope. Requests outside that scope may be quoted separately and are not included in the original price.

No Guaranteed Results

Creator Cleanup provides recommendations, copy, and customer-path improvements intended to improve clarity and reduce friction. Results depend on many factors, and no particular sales, revenue, booking, subscriber, or conversion outcome is guaranteed.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe processes payment data according to its own privacy policy and terms when you use Stripe-hosted checkout.

You may request support, ask a billing question, or request cancellation by emailing arthur@getcreatorcleanup.com. Subscription customers may also use Stripe's customer portal when it is provided with their subscription.
