• Communications about quotes, scope, delivery, revisions, support, or feedback.
• Transaction details and payment confirmation needed to fulfill a paid service.

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver agreed services, process and confirm payments, communicate about a project, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Payments Through Stripe

If you choose to pay through a Stripe-hosted checkout page or payment link, you provide payment and billing information directly to Stripe. Creator Cleanup does not receive your full payment-card number. We may receive information from Stripe such as your name, contact information, payment status, amount paid, and transaction details needed to fulfill the service and maintain records.

When you provide personal data in connection with payment services, Stripe receives that personal data and processes it in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

We may use service providers to operate the business, including:

• Stripe for payment processing and payment-related services.
• Google Workspace for business email communications.
• Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
• Cash App if you separately choose that payment option.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and as needed to provide their services.

Sharing and Sale of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers as described above, when you direct us to, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.

Data Retention

We retain communications, project materials, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of information that we are not required to retain.
